Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a session?

Get in touch to discuss your preferred date and session. Your booking is secured once the required booking steps, contract acceptance and payment are completed and confirmed.

What does a lifestyle session include?

The R2,850 package includes a 60-minute session at one location, at least 60 professionally edited digital images and a private online gallery. Makeup and hair styling can be added for R550 each.

When will I receive my photographs?

Your edited photographs will be delivered within 21 calendar days after your session. Your private gallery will be available for 90 days, so please download and back up your images before it expires.

Are travel costs included?

Travel within 20 km each way from my business base in Benoni is included. Additional return distance is charged at R7 per kilometre. Any travel or venue costs will be agreed before payment.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions make your outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, we’ll agree on another location or an available date. There is no automatic weather-rescheduling fee. Any additional venue costs will be discussed beforehand.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Please contact me in writing as soon as possible. Date changes depend on availability. Cancellation charges may apply under your booking agreement, taking the notice given and circumstances into account. Payments are not automatically forfeited.
